====== Frequency + other info ======
This station is currently at 103.7 MHz, 220 KHz, and online (at [https://bleefm.ismyradio.com/ this link]).

AM programming is using a 50 M vertical antenna on 100000 W of usage, located at 47.5581, 19.0393.

FM programming is also using a 50 M vertical antenna, but we do not know much more information.

====== Why, and when? ======
This station was created on September 22, 2026 (at somewhere around 18:30-19:00 CEST), as a attempt to have a good AM station.

== History ==

====== The sad ending of LW brodcasting ======
The LW transmitter is supposed to (or did) end somewhere near 17:30 CEST on September 25.

Even tho it only lasted for 3 days, the owner of bleeFM doesnt even CARE.

This station COULD be misunderstood to be from FM, and it is! This station has moved from 103.7 MHz to 200 KHz just because they felt like being closer to the receiver and having a lower frequency. The transmitter for this station is subsided in Lat. 47.5300 Lon 19.0374, using a 50m vertical antenna on 1000W of power. One note is that this station isn't 24/7, which means that someone else can take over the frequency pretending to be the station itself and brodcast some things that arent suitable on SimTX.

====== Why, and when? ======
This station was created on September 22, 2026 (at somewhere around 18:30-19:00 CEST), as a attempt to have a good AM station.

Zev: just added this

[[Category:Radio Stations]]
Long wave (LW) radio stations operate on low frequencies, typically ranging from 148 kHz to 283 kHz in the International Telecommunication Union Region 1. Because of their long wavelengths, these signals propagate via ground waves that follow the curvature of the Earth, as well as skywaves that reflect off the ionosphere, particularly at night. This physical characteristic enables long wave stations to achieve massive coverage areas spanning entire countries or continents, though the lower frequency limits audio bandwidth and data transmission capacity compared to higher frequency bands.

====== Start ======
ZevGSM was the first ever sound-only GSM service in all of SimTX. It was created on September 19th, 2026. It's brodcasting is helped by the tool '[https://github.com/bleezhi/openGSMTower/ openGSMTower]'.

====== Some info that's known about this sound-only tower ======
It's a PCS-1900 + LTE+ 3CA Polish Zev tower (places a few km away from Poland for better capture on SimTX, known country of placement is Hungary) on the 949.88M and 949.8M frequency.

====== This service doesn't have any history for now, so more info could be added by the editors of the SimTX wiki. ======
