== Technical and operational observations == Monitoring of NTFZh during July–September 2026 showed a combination of voice, Morse and digital military traffic. The station has used several frequencies simultaneously or in rapid succession, including parallel voice and CW transmissions carrying identical message content. On 07/09/2026, for example, a Monolit-format voice message was observed on 4844 kHz while a corresponding Morse transmission was heard on 4862 kHz. The station has also transmitted formal sign-off announcements indicating that the transmitter was about to be switched off, suggesting scheduled rather than continuous operation. Observed digital activity has included CIS-12 (T-230) and CIS-20 traffic, as well as RDFT and RTTY transmissions. These signals have appeared during scheduled transmission periods and during apparent equipment or propagation tests.
