The station first appeared around April 2010. The first "TDoA" results indicated a location somewhere between Minsk and Vladimir, but in 2014 it was officially determined to be coming from near Smolensk. The frequency itself first contained transmitter noise with FSK's and Morse. Some people heard voice leaks... On February 7th 2011, the station went completely silent. It came back 3 days later with weak transmitter noise. Rarely, there were very weak voice leaks and phone line leaks. Those leaks were most common in 2015-2016. During May 2016, the station had its first test count. After the test count, it was gone for a month. At the end of July 2016, the station came back again, transmitting this time from Mars. The station had become even weaker than before. There was more activity on other frequencies at the time. Net checks, reception tests... During those 10 years, not much was happening. On the first day of July 2026, the station came back with a loud transmitter noise on 7032kHz. After a quick TDoA, it was sure it was coming from the old site in Smolensk. On 3rd July, the station transmitted its first message. It also started playing music on the first day. The station had many, many leaks. On 06.07.2026, new markers and callsigns were introduced, and there was a message which mentioned Sevastopol. Through the leaks, we could assume that the operators from near Smolensk were pretty much shocked to hear the sudden change. In the evening of 7th July 2026, the station broadcast from Sevastopol. From 09.07.2026 to 20.07.2026 it went quiet, but suddenly the Smolensk transmitter site came back. Looks like Sevastopol is a backup transmitter site? On the same day, a new callsign was introduced: "DDD". On 23rd July the amount of transmitter noise has been reduced. On 24th July new markers were introduced, and new callsign was seen on FENT's telegraphy. After a month of work the radio amateurs discovered that the station doesn't come from Smolensk, but somewhere under Smolensk. Since 27.07 it uses T-Marker marker sometimes...
