The station identify himself as Spashiba126 and Akula56 and is emitted from near Smolensk. It consists of voice messages in Russian and musical propaganda. The signal is known for its irregular transmission schedule and changing frequencies.

Additional information, this station often use pip marker and noise/hum to make the frequency busy and is not active 24/7 but the station itself is active outside transmissions
