NTFZh is a new Russian Military station transmitting from the Leningrad Oblast, it is suspected to be transmitted between St.Petersburg and Kirov...
After searching more also with tdoa, we suspect that it is transmitted from the 334th Radio-Technical Regiment 'Unit 96848' near Lodeynoye Pole (Лодейное Поле)... Still uncomfirmed
Messages format:
The station transmit monolith type messages, uzor messages and also his own format monolith like:
NTFZh (recipient callsign repeat twice), 52106 (Russian Unit ID), 4584 (Frequency), LoremIpsum (Message), 1730 0308 (Time and Date).

About:
The marker is in USB sometimes with and without frequency Carrier (H3E) and use a 200x3500 Bandwidth modulation with a huge AGC and use multiples different channel marker (rarely the same).
Marker is often active almost everyday, but messages are pretty rare.
