Radio Astra is an experimental AM shortwave radio station believed to operate from Germany. Since beginning operations in July 2026, the station has transmitted music, test programs, and various experimental broadcasts on several frequencies across the 75, 60, 49, and 43 metre shortwave bands.
The station stopped his activities in 43m and reduced activities in the 49m the 13/07/2026 and the same day due to propagation issue the station added a brand new transmitter in Wooferton, United Kingdom with an available power of 250 kW, the Wooferton transmitter can be recognised by his splatters of high power.
