WINB (World International Broadcasters) is a commercial, international shortwave radio station operating out of Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Initially launching in October 1962 under the call sign meaning "World in Need of the Bible," it holds the distinction of being the oldest operating private shortwave radio station in the United States. The station operates as a brokered broadcaster, meaning it sells airtime to external entities rather than generating its own content. Its primary mission is to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ, functioning largely as a missionary outreach platform utilized by various religious broadcasters to reach over 120 countries. Historically, WINB was notable in the 1960s for airing broadcasts that heavily criticized American domestic and foreign policies, an editorial stance that prompted the U.S. government to enact a multi-year freeze on the expansion of private shortwave radio transmission schedules. Today, the station broadcasts with a powerful 50,000-watt transmitter primarily on the 9.265 MHz (9265 kHz) frequency, using a massive rhombic antenna to beam its religious and digital text programming across borders to a global audience.

This station uses DRM and it's yet another project created by Zynden (WZYN).
