Radiom-77

"Radiom-77" is the former callsign of the Russian Military station that operates on 4728,4823,4679 and 7036kHz. The stations was first discovered in late 2018 on the frequency of 7020kHz with it disappearing completely roughly around December and it reappearing out of nowhere July 2026.
The most prominent feature of the station first going on air after many years was It's terrible transmitter, and frequent marker changes. Specifically frequency breakdowns, multiple voice cut outs during voice messages and the marker jumping in frequency and generally being unstable. Around September and August the station almost entirely stopped operating on 4728kHz and moved to 4823. At the time of the frequency changing, 4823kHz was close many other Rus Mil stations such as "FENT" on 4840 and (formerly) "Oblako-47"
Around October time, Radiom-77 adopted the callsign IKShP and moved to 7036kHz as well as FENT and (formerly) Oblako-47. It is not exactly known but it is assumed that Radiom-77/IKShP is located in near St, Petersburg in the Nizhniy region of the Novgorod Oblast.
Transmitter information: little info of the transmitter equipment is known apart from the updated and more stable transmitter adopted around September to October time. The antenna is most likely and end fed halfwave or five element Yagi.
There is also less marker variation with the station uses now which consist of various copies or "remakes" of the 4625kHz buzzer or a generic 320Hz pip.
Voice traffic: Voice traffic is primarily test counts and 4 figure Uzor messages but activity increases when a Military Training is in progress. Additionally, during training a CW (morse code) variant of Radiom-77/IKShP is present on 7040kHz. The CW variant uses the callsign IKS and repeats spoken voice messages.
